Had a really great experience here. We appeared to have the resort to ourselves and it was so peaceful with just the sounds of nature. The room was spacious and overall everything was good value for money. Would recommend the picnic with elephants - the food was quite average but it was awesome to get over an hour of private close up time with the elephants where we could feed and shower them. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Awesome experience! Beautiful historic hotell, very helpful staff and total privacy! We stayed in lake view chalet, the room was amazing and as the hotell was empty it felt like a real VIP trip.||We went to the elephant tour and loved it. You can be very close to the elephants, feed them and just pet them.

What a nice stay. Friendly staff, beautiful place but unfortunately, the maintenance is not up to date. The swimming pool was green Buildings almost seem abandoned Most walkways are overgrown Breakfast was okay, but I would not recommend it. However, the stay was very peaceful.

The place has great potential but needs a lot of work! They remodeled the rooms and from a distance they look very nice. While you are out in the woods, there is a lot of bugs in the room and the grounds needs some work. Unless you pay extra you will not see many elephants. We seen this one while riding bikes. Breakfast is editable but the coffee is like tar. It is very relaxing and the staff are wonderful!

Poor map of resort. Able to lock bicycle outside room. Room is big, bar fridge, kettle, no English satellite TV, two loung chairs with low table. Two hihher c0hairs and small dining table , two bedside table, lighting is poor, jug. Air conditioning is quiet, no fan, bathtub, forest balcony. Now has wifi at room

A unique opportunity to see elephants living their natural life. There is no elephant riding but you can observe and interact with the elephants in other ways. Rooms in the hotel section are comfortable and large. The bungalows are spread out over the compound which is quite hilly, why it is good advice to use the shuttle service. Food in the restaurant is good, but could do with some additions to create more variety. Overall a good place to stay with the potential to become even better.

We stayed a night but were the only guests. Needs urgently doing up as nearly derelict . Everything was old and shabby. The pool wasn’t inviting at all. Dried leaves everywhere. The taps in the bathroom were old and rusty.

The resort is quite big but there is no enough light on the way to the buildings. The swimming pool isn’t clean and some area is full of dried leaves.
